After successful mixing trials working with a customer situated in the South East of England, Morton Machines were asked to design and manufacture a mixer to mix and extrude a highly viscous product.

This was to be mixed in 100kg batches and heated to 160 degrees C during mixing.

The mixer was designed and produced at Morton Machines' manufacturing site and successfully commissioned on the customer's premises.

The photographs show machines of similar design and manufacture.
